Impact Assessment of the Sun4All programme in Pilot Cities

This report assesses the socioeconomic impacts of the Sun4All project. It thus contributes towards demonstrating and reflecting upon the societal value of the Sun4All project, by giving a detailed, evidence-based, and nuanced picture of its impacts. It identifies key barriers that entailed time and effort to overcome and specifies how these barriers limited impact. Importantly, this documentation also serves to highlight that there was a positive impact despite the limitations faced by the pilot projects, indicating scope for impactful replication beyond Sun4All. The learning from this impact assessment is intended as an aid to future endeavours.
