Policy Action Report Sun4All project
The Sun4All project, based on New York’s "Solar for All," provided financial support for renewable energy access to energy-poor households through innovative energy-sharing programmes in cities like Barcelona, Rome, and Almada. It aims to scale this model across Europe, influencing policies at the EU, national, and local levels. This report outlines Sun4All’s policy actions, focusing on legislative compliance, best practices, and local government roles in promoting inclusive renewable energy schemes. The findings underscore the need for supportive policies to sustain energy communities and offer recommendations to further combat energy poverty.
